Sunday Morning Online Hatha Yoga Class. October 8 -29, 2023. Registration is required, $20 for 4 90 minute classes.

We also offer Hatha Yoga Instruction for groups of 3 or more; online or in person (depending upon location). Organize your group, pick a day and time, then send us an email with your request and we can design a class or multiple sessions to suit your group needs. $30 per class, up to 10 participants.
